ABOUT ANTHONY SCALETTA
Tony Scaletta is an experienced attorney who has worked with individuals and businesses over 20 years.
Anthony J. Scaletta is the principal and founding member of The Scaletta Law Firm, PLLC. For over twenty years, Tony has been a trusted adviser to high net worth families, business owners, and fiduciaries throughout Florida in matters concerning estate planning, probate and trust administration, business succession, and tax concerns.
Tony has spent the majority of his career at some of the largest law firms in the nation and has developed a statewide practice based in Orlando after working at law firms in Boca Raton and Naples. He brings a pragmatic approach to helping his clients address the sensitive and unique personal issues that arise in the course of his representation.
After serving in the U.S. Army, Tony earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Florida, his law degree from Nova Southeastern University, and his Masters in Taxation from the University of Florida.
He is a member of the Florida Bar Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section, the Florida Bar Tax Section; and the Florida Bar Elder Law Section. He is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the University of Florida Advisors Network (UFAN).
